Return & Refund Policy for Crocco Club

EU customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before sending a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
